The European trade fair for landscaping and maintenance and construction of sports grounds, golf courses and playgrounds closed with a triple record: 1,321 exhibitors, including 23 per cent international, exhibited – for the first time in 13 exhibition halls. Some 66,500 trade visitors travelled to the event to source information on products and trends in green design, construction and maintenance. This is over 7 per cent more visitors. The Deutsche Golfplatztage and PLAYGROUND segments also attracted lively interest.
The trade visitors are made up of companies from the horticulture, landscape gardening and open spaces construction sectors, landscape architects as well as planners from government, state and municipal authorities.
